Cant login to outlook

I have asked admin who say i have access but it keeps telling me to get admin access

Thank you! It seems like you have limited access and can’t connect with external apps - can you ask your organization admin to authenticate or approve Gumloop please? If there is anything they need from our end, please let me know.

I have spoken to IT who have said they have done this: They said: It’s definitely been enabled, and you have permissions. Can you please send me over the hyperlink to the Gumloop page you’re trying to access

Okay cool. So if you’ve permissions now can you clear your browser cookies and then try to authenticate from Gumloop | Settings please?

If that still doesn’t work can you ask IT to authenticate with outlook from your Gumloop account please?
