Can't share a workflow with a free user

I have been trying to share a workflow (through the share button in the workflow) that I made on my paid account with a new user who is currently using a free account. When I share the workflow URL with him he can’t see it in his My Flows on his hub page. Is there a reason for this or am I missing something?

Hey @todhirsch! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}

2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @todhirsch - When you share a workflow with someone that just gives them access to view the flow (similar to Google Docs). They would still need to clone the workflow by using the clone button to save it on their end:
