How does a member share their workflow?

How does a member of my account share their workflow with me?

I have an account. I added a “member” to that account. I believe all he has to do is share the workflow from his private workspace to the shared workspace but he seems to not be able to do this. Is there documentation for how to do this? I tried looking in University and documentation but didn’t have any luck.

Hey @sss! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @sss! To share a workflow from a private workspace to a shared one, your team member can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Gumloop Hub.

  2. Find the workflow they want to share.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the workflow.

  4. Select “Move to Workspace”.

  5. Choose the shared workspace you’ve added them to.

Once it’s moved, all members of that shared workspace will be able to view and edit it.

Regarding your question about documentation, you can go to Gumloop Docs and use the “Ask AI” feature there for specific queries.
