Export workflow

I have two gumloop accounts and I have to transit some workflows. Is there an export / import that I could safely transfer workflows?

Hey @ktruck! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @ktruck - Yes, there are two options:

  1. On the account where you’ve the workflow, set the share access to ‘anyone with the link can view’ or add the email address of the other account under the share button (there’s a GIF for this in the message above). Copy the workflow link and paste in your other account, you’ll see a clone button to save the workflow to your account:

  2. If you’re on a pro plan, create a workspace and add the account where the workflow exists as a member. You can then click on the three dots next to the workflow title from the hub and move the workflow to the dedicated workspace.

Let me know if this works for you.

Yup, that worked. Thank you
