Credits gone after coming back

first time logging in a while. cancelled plan a bit ago but remember having a ton of credits

came back after hearing a ton of updates happening. all the credits i had previously paid for are now gone

do i not get them back?

Hey @ivanacuna13! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @ivanacuna13 – Credits are retained on your monthly billing cycle, hence if you cancelled and your billing cycle has passed then the credits do not rollover.

That sucks. Don’t get why they wouldn’t just stay if I paid for them. Spent hundred bucks with you guys for nothing then
