I was previously subscribed to the plan offering 500k credits for $603/month, but I noticed that your pricing structure has recently changed since december. As a result, I’m no longer sure which plan I am currently on or how my subscription has been adjusted.
Could you please clarify:
Which plan my account is currently subscribed to
How my previous 500k credits plan has been transitioned under the new pricing
Whether my current credits allocation has changed
Additionally, I came across the statement:
“Do credits rollover? They do on enterprise.”
Could you confirm whether any unused credits from my previous plan:
Will be lost at the end of the year
Or are handled differently under my current subscription
We sent an email about this as well, but essentially your subscription remains the same – there’s no change there. You continue to pay the same amount and get the same number of credits, just with more features.
Previously, you were on the Solo plan. You’ve now been transitioned to the Pro plan, which means you have access to add team members to your account and use the Teams feature to create collaborative workspaces.
On top of that, we’ve applied a special discount so you’re getting the same number of credits at the same price you were already paying – which is actually a better rate than what’s listed on the new pricing page now. You can learn more about the updated perks that come with your Pro subscription in this blog post.
Regarding overages – they do not apply on your plan. Your monthly credits don’t roll over, so each month you get a fresh batch of 500k credits. Rollovers are only available on the Enterprise plan right now, and this hasn’t changed with the pricing transition.
First, you mentioned that an email was sent explaining these changes, but I don’t think I received it. Would you mind resending it to me?
Second, regarding credits: on my dashboard, I currently see “Credits Remaining = 5.8M out of 6M”. I wasn’t aware that 500k credits were expiring each month, as I had planned to use them later. Could you clarify how this aligns with the monthly non-rollover system?
Finally, I’d be interested in upgrading to the Enterprise plan, especially if it allows credit rollover. Could you guide me through the process or let me know the available options?
Hey Sebastien, apologies – should have been clearer on my end!
Since you’re on the annual plan, you get all your credits up front. So the monthly roll-over doesn’t technically apply here. Your annual subscription runs until January 6, 2027, and you’ll have all 5.8M (remaining) credits available to use however you want up until that date. Nothing gets deducted monthly – there’s no static reduction. Credits are only deducted based on actual usage.
What I meant by credit rollover is that if you have any credits remaining at the end of your billing cycle (around January 6, 2027), those wouldn’t carry over into the next billing cycle. When your subscription renews next year, you’d start fresh with a new batch of six million credits.
So to recap – you currently have 5.8 million credits remaining, and those are yours to use however you’d like. They’ll stay secure until your next billing cycle next year.
For the enterprise plan, you can fill out this form and someone from our sales team will reach out.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
I’ve also re-sent the email to the email associated to your subscription. Let me know if you received it, it’s possible it might have landed in spam.
