Facebook ads naming conventions from file?

We upload a serious amount of ads to Meta every day and in order to properly analyse them we use a pretty rigorous naming convention breaking down a bunch of aspects of the ad.

To save a lot of time per day, I tried replicating the manual analysis and data input for the naming conventions with the video analysis tool and a text output into our ad naming google sheet which works pretty well for a singular video.

What I’m struggling with it making it do the same for several videos in a row automatically. I tried a Drive setup, but the video analyser won’t accept the files and/or I cannot generate a list of links to the drive folder for it to look at.

Is there a way to sort this so that I can get say 60 videos analysed in bulk, processed and named in bulk once/week?

Example naming convention:

24032025_Features3_Openyouremail_pt:Broad_f:Static_n/a_s:Product_pr:Hifi_b:EmailDrafting_p:Generic_Native_cn:n/a_ca:n/a_cd:n/a_None_tar:Individual_aud:n/a_lp:Homepage_ver:All_re:All_ac:NA

Which is: Date, Video Name, Video Hook, Targeting, Type of ad, focus of ad, production value (hi/lofi), value proposition, accent etcetc

Some of it AI can’t do but that we can just handle with the ad name I think

Hey @grwup! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @grwup! I recorded a quick Loom video to walk through this.

You can check out the workbook here: Gumloop Pipeline
