I filed tickets a few weeks ago. No updates

3 weeks ago, I filed some tickets. I haven’t received any updates about them. Is there an ETA around support tickets?

I duplicated that workflow and the new one is fine. I’ll leave the old one around for a few days in case you want to access it.

Super interesting, thank you for flagging! Will investigate the first flow again. If the issue happens again on the new flow and you’re able to record it using this link that’d be super helpful.
