Hey just want to confirm if gumloop server are in maitenance rn, as I can’t run all of my workflow processes, everything wont run at all.

Hey @ramdhan_rz! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

Find your run link on the history page. Format:

Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

@Rithen_Gumloop My workflows are also not running and are stuck at 0. Just wanted to let you know its affecting more than one profile. Thank you!

Same here 
Guys this can’t keep on happening, how are we supposed to work with Gumloop if it fails randomly ? 4.3 recent update did mention a “huge upgrade to infrastructure”… Please advise.

@cdromain – We’ve made a lot of improvements to our infrastructure and continue to work on it. There’s no real excuse for this and we’re committed to making things better. Thanks for your patience as we keep working to improve things further.

Hey, sorry for the ongoing issues. We spent the day monitoring this closely, and all systems have been functional for a while now. Please feel free to run your flows again. We’re also adding a status page soon and a bunch of stress tests on our environment to avoid such cases in the future.
