Input/Outputs not showing up when hovering Node

Hi, when I hover or click a node, the inputs/outputs popup does not appear.

I’ve tried using a cloned (LinkedIn scraper) template and tried with an empty workbook (adding and connecting two nodes), but no popups.

I’m using a Windows 11 laptop and tried the same in Firefox, Chrome and Edge, with all extensions turned of. Still no luck

How can I solve this?

(Maybe related: in the on screen top left ‘Title / action bar’ I don’t have a ‘share’ button (just these buttons: ‘Edit Interface’ , ‘Add Trigger’ and a Webhooks icon)

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @i3V_ekSoYyKmb_F_v4-kF_Cg_eoeT – Thanks for flagging this. Are you using a touch-enabled device like a Surface Pro or something similar where you’re using a stylus as the pointer device?

If so, these devices can sometimes block certain pop-ups under their accessibility settings. Since this is device-specific, I don’t have exact instructions on how to unblock it right now, but there should be an option to allow pop-ups if you go through your device or accessibility settings.

Hi Wasay, the laptop a Thinkpad. It does have a touchscreen, but that’s turned off. (I use monitors)

Do you have any further tips?
