Newbie here. I’ve been trying to build a flow as I familiarize myself with the platform. In general, I love it. However, I ran into issues and spent a good deal of my trial credits on running fixes and workarounds suggested by the “need help” module that did not work. While it was helpful for some issues, it ran me in circles for other issues. There are definitely some aspects of documentation that need to be tightened up (e.g. non-existent node functionality, fruitless workarounds, circular references, etc.). I don’t mind the time that I’ve spent on it because I have been learning a ton, but there definitely was a bit of a waste of credits, and I just wish that I’d had enough to finish the flow I was working on. I think we’ll likely be signing up but it’d be great to be able to demo a completed flow to my colleagues to secure buy-in from everyone. I’m definitely a gumloop fan regardless. If anyone can suggest a way I can connect with someone at the company that I can plead my case to, I would appreciate any info. Thank you.
