Hi,
I’m running into an issue with this simple select clause with the Snowflake Reader.
I’ve added my credentials as instructed, but no luck.
Our business uses SSO with Jumpcloud if that helps.
As well, the credentials do not ask for Warehouse or Role to be used. Could this be the reason?
As well, no Snowflake Tag for the topic, if that could be added
Hey @psychozach! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
-
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
-
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

-
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history
Hi @psychozach – Our current Snowflake integration doesn’t use SSO. Instead, it connects directly to the database using a Snowflake username and password. Could you double-check this or reach out to an admin to get a service account with the necessary credentials, so you can connect to Snowflake properly? Here’s the profile credentials page for reference.
Hi,
Thanks Wasay for the reply.
Unfortunately our company is against any user/password, especially for our data warehouse. Would implementing SSO for the Snowflake connector be a possibility?
That makes sense. We can explore adding SSO or OAuth to our Snowflake connector in the future for sure.
