"subtitles are disabled for this video" for every video I try

Hi Team,

I’m really enjoying Gumloop, thanks for your efforts!

I have a more sophisticated loop in mind but have hit a stumbling block on the Get Youtube Transcript node. Every video I try fails that node with the:

“Get Youtube Transcript Failed!
Could not retrieve a transcript…because subtitles are disabled for this video.”

Other tools I tried do get the transcript (fabric and notebooklm) from the same video so I’m not sure if it this is expected or not with Gumloop in how it transcribes. The video I am using does have a transcript and subtitles.

I may well misunderstand the capabilities or otherwise be doing something incorrectly so thank you for any help!
