Hey @jma0014, unfortunately in these cases, you’ll just need to retry or rerun the node. This isn’t something we can control, since it’s due to the rate limits set by the API. The node already uses exponential backoff and has a couple of backup methods to fetch the transcript, but we’re limited by the API’s responses and have to respect the rate limits.
