I’ve just noticed that I’ve been downgraded from the starter plan to the free plan. Not sure why, though, I haven’t received any emails regarding billing issues, or prompts within the app.

It looks like there were 5 failed payments in a row and the last payment was never made. Stripe said they emailed you about it, but I’ll send you an email to with some more information to tools@thinkandgrowinc.com
@rahul-gumloop you’re totally right, my bad. searched for ‘gumloop’ instead of the billing name, so i missed it. Thanks again!
