Can I know why I cannot upgrade the Tier for my subscription now?
Hey! We recently updated our pricing, so the option to upgrade to a larger monthly credit tier is no longer available.
If you’re already on a paid plan, your existing plan is grandfathered in and will stay the same unless you choose to switch. You can also enable overages from your subscription settings if you need additional credits.
