URGENT: Account reverted to Free Tier despite active solo subscription - Production Down

My account is incorrectly showing as “Free Tier” with 0 credits left available as of today (noon).
Current situation:

  • I have been on the “Solo” plan for 2 months.

  • I was successfully charged for this month

  • When I attempt to re-upgrade via the UI, I receive the error: “Subscription already exists, reload the page or contact support”.

**Impact:**All my active flows have stopped. My business operations rely entirely on these automations. This is a critical stoppage.
Please resync my subscription status immediately.
