Stuck in terminating/running -- URGENT

My workflows keep getting stuck in running and then I click stop and they get stuck in ‘terminating’ and I can run any more workflows. Please help!

Same for me. And my company is evaluating this week whether to give Gumloop a chance as our main automation tool.

Hey all! We implemented a fix for this, you would have to re-run your flows. Let me know if everything works as expected now. Again really sorry for the trouble here, we’re investigating and fixing the root cause as well to avoid such disruptions in the future!

Hey all! Gumloop experienced a massive surge in traffic earlier this morning which caused our backend to freeze temporarily.

YEs same for me…super frustrating as have been debugging and working on connectivity all morning…Its happening around the same time every day? When is the fix going in please?

@Wasay-Gumloop Confirming the same issue. Flow just sits and doesn’t run. Do you have an estimated time for the fix?
