It's Gumloop down. Is there a status page?

Right now, very simple workflows that just send Gmail have been running forever. Stopping them just says “terminating”, but does not actually stop. Nothing shows up in the status section on the right. I’m curious, do we have a way of knowing whether the whole service is down?

Hey @Karthik! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Same here, workflows just don’t start (and mine does not involve Gmail) :frowning:
A status page would be helpful as any form of official update.

This flow used to take 10 seconds to run. Now it’s just been running for a long time. Terminating it doesn’t actually terminate it. There’s no feedback showing up on the right. I don’t see data flowing from one node to the other at all to even troubleshoot if there is a problem. And there shouldn’t be one in this case. It’s very, very simple.

Just heard on slack that there’s an issue that they are working on where runs are getting stalled.

Hello - adding my experience here as well - Flows are stuck on initiating. I’ll run a Flow and see it trigger a new run, but that run just hangs at 0% progress.

I agree that a Status page would be very helpful.

Hello, I’m now experiencing this issue again as well. Trying to run a flow and it just hangs - see screenshot.

Gumloop experienced a massive surge in traffic earlier this morning which caused our backend to freeze temporarily.

We’ve fixed the issue now and are monitoring it closely to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We’ve re-prioritized our roadmap as well to focus our upcoming updates on system reliability. We’re really sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate the patience here!

For a 100$ service, the fact the issue keeps coming back the last 7 days is is clearly raising concerns, like the lack of Status page.
I’ve just started pitching Gumloop at my company but now I’m not so sure.

Hey @cdromain – sorry for the frustration. All systems have been functional today and we haven’t seen any issues on our end. Could you try clearing your cookies and then give it another go? Let me know if you still run into any problems.
