Credit Figures Renewal

Hey,

I’ve been looking at my gumloop credits and am seeing 2 different figures.

I understand credits renew based on sign up date and not the beginning of each month.

With the new UI, at the bottom left “credits used”, it says I have used 47 of 1k Credits. However, when clicking on profile, the other “credit remaining” section says I have 143 of 1000 remaining.

Which is the correct figure?

Hey @ZaidLyfe! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @ZaidLyfe – There seems to be a discrepancy in the date range for the credit usage side-panel, we’re immediately fixing that.

You have 143 credits remaining and have used 857 credits according to your billing cycle. The 47 credit usage is month-month.

I’d love to see a credit renewal/reset date somewhere on my dashboard in future, if possible

Looked through my emails for when I first signed up to gumloop but couldn’t find one. Would help me with usage metrics!

No problem! The renewal date is available right above the credits remaining dashboard for paid plan users. We could add that for free users too (ie. the sign-up date).
