Our gumloop utilization is growing fast. I ran out of monthly credits mid-month, and switched to a higher plan but I have to wait until the end of renewal cycle to actually get the credits. The “Additional Credits” is too expensive so I’d rather not turn that on in production; I would like to be able to renew the cycle right now, so I get charged for the higher plan today and my cycle gets reset to a new schedule. Can you help me with this?
Hey @mahammad - If you upgraded your plan then you should see the credits in your account. Can you share a screenshot from your settings page please:
