Hi,
I ran out of credits and I didn’t have the “Additional Credits” option on.
I enabled it, but now it seems that my Flow stopped working all together:

How can I resume it?
Also, the Flow’s trigger is a Typeform that sends automatically an email to leads. How can I re-run the Flow automatically for all the people that the Flow missed?
Thanks,
Kevin
Hey @kevinlg! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
-
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
-
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

-
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history
Hey @kevinlg –
How can I resume it?
You can only resume flows from the run link. The link you have shared is the workbook link. On the run link which you can find on the history page you’ll be able to see the resume button.
Also, the Flow’s trigger is a Typeform that sends automatically an email to leads. How can I re-run the Flow automatically for all the people that the Flow missed?
Currently, the only option would be to filter failed runs from the https://www.gumloop.com/history page and then re-run them.
Hi @Wasay-Gumloop,
Thanks!
Will this resume the run or the flow in general?
My concern is that after the credit issue was solved, there were new submissions to Typeform (used as trigger), and they were not processed by Gumloop.
Also, now I’m suddenly getting an error on the Typeform: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?workbook_id=3tcNfi7cdKth7SAaAiNK8T&run_id=8RkwW8PGJb7dbFFjYVJgS7
I already re-authenticated.
Any ideas? (I can create a separate topic if you prefer)
Thank you,
Kevin
No problem!
Will this resume the run or the flow in general?
Could you elaborate a bit? if you resume the flow it re-runs from the last node you resume it from.
Also, now I’m suddenly getting an error on the Typeform: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?workbook_id=3tcNfi7cdKth7SAaAiNK8T&run_id=8RkwW8PGJb7dbFFjYVJgS7
Could you share access by adding my email or setting the workbook to “anyone with the link can view” from the share button please?
Hi @Wasay-Gumloop,
I’m using “Typeform Submission Reader” with the option “Activate as flow trigger”.
However, since I ran out of credits (now solved), the flow hasn’t been triggered again, despite having Typeform submissions.
I shared the Flow with you.
Thanks,
Kevin
Hey Kevin, it looks like your flow might have had 3 consecutive failed runs due to a credit insufficiency error. As a precaution, triggers are automatically disabled after 3 back-to-back failures, and an email is sent to notify you.
Could you try the following steps to get things back on track?
- Disable the trigger
- Save the workflow
- Delete the Typeform Reader node
- Add a new Typeform Reader node
- Enable the trigger
- Save the workflow again
Let me know if the trigger starts working after that.
Don’t know about the trigger, but there’s an error in the Typeform I can’t solve even after deleting and adding the Typeform again.
Can you please check?

Hey @kevinlg – This should be fixed now, could you please delete and re-add the node? Let me know if that works and really sorry for the disruption.
Sorry about that @kevinlg – Created a ticket to look into this further, will keep you posted.
Hi @Wasay-Gumloop,
Do you have an update on this?
I have a Typeform quiz collecting leads, and it triggers an automated email after completion, so now people are not getting the results. I stopped promoting the quiz, but I can’t just turn it off either.
I really need Gumloop to be reliable to build long-term solutions.
Thanks,
Kevin
Hey @kevinlg – We’re currently investigating this and fixing the root cause. In the meantime could you please try the workflow below and see if it works?
Link: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?workbook_id=mPkxd261xYPaKGgPUF6kZt
Before enabling the trigger, please do the following:
- Revoke & re-authenticate with Typeform here: Gumloop | Settings
- Click on the refresh icon on the fields dropdown
Also when you enable the trigger and test it, make sure to look for triggered runs in the https://www.gumloop.com/history page, they would be indicated by “Typeform Submission”.

@kevinlg We also pushed a fix to resolve this issue, please let me know if you’re able to use the trigger after following the steps above ^
Make sure to add a new Typeform node from the node library.
Got it, thanks! Looping @rahul-gumloop here ^
Hi,
Thanks for reporting – we believe we have identified the issue and are working on a fix. This should be fixed in the next couple of days.

Hi @rahul-gumloop, do you know if it’s fixed?
Thanks,
Kevin
It’s fixed on our staging environment. We will be merging it into production by Monday evening.
Hey @kevinlg – This should be fixed now, can you please delete the node, add it back and then test it? Thank you for the patience.
