Hey @bhnewman! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
Hey @bhnewman – This is likely because the members running the flow aren’t part of your Gumloop organization. You can check the list of members in your org here.
You can also enable domain whitelisting to make sure that anyone with your company email gets automatically added to the organization.
The difference between organization and workspace: workspaces are shared environments where you can add different members to collaborate on flows. You can add any Gumloop user to a workspace, and the credits used will be deducted from their organization. So if you add me to your workspace and I run a flow, the credits would be deducted from my org.
The organization, on the other hand, is your company’s top-level account that handles:
Billing and credits: All users in the org share the same credit pool
Domain-based access: Anyone with your company email can join automatically
User management: Add, remove, and manage permissions across all workspaces
Compliance settings: Manage data retention and security policies
