Wrong message for credit limit reached

Hi, I just increased to the pro plan, however, when I added another members of the organization they couldn’t use any of the flows because it says we’re running out of credits however I don’t see any flows that could have spend them neither the limits page tells us any information.

Hey @Javi! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @Javi – Can you please confirm if your team members are on the same organization? Essentially in order for them to share the same credit pool they must be added to your Gumloop org first.

The admin of this organization can add members directly and you can enable domain whitelisting to automate this.
